Not impressed with this poll, pollsters need to get out more and see teams really play.

have you seen teams played in this poll?

I've seen most of the ones in region 4 last year and know what they have coming back this year , so I think I have a good feel for some of the teams this year. That is all this poll is basing it's ranking on, not actually seeing each team play.

One game series, LG would likely win 95% of the games against all these teams, 100% against R4 clubs. A series, different story IMO. Get a double headed coin and ride that arm in playoffs.

Get a double headed coin and ride that arm in playoffs.I would take that rematch one gamer if it happens again between La Grange and Sinton with a healthy Donivan Lopez. Last season Sinton had two aces and would had been better defensively if Lopez had played ss and gone with the other ace on the mound. One bad inning defensively for Sinton in that game when the game was tied 2-2 when La Grange score 4 runs in that inning to win it 6-2. Sinton is young on the mound other than Lopez he just played in his first couple of games this season on the field. But one game at a time, Sinton trying to lock up their 14 district championship in past 15 years.

Seen both, and I just think LG is deeper hitting wise and better fundamentally SFIA. We beat LaVernia this past Saturday, and LG beat us with their ace. So, I think they'd beat the Bears in a one gamer too. A series, maybe R4 teams have a chance is my point? Supak wasn't 100% last year either I might add.

No dog in this fight no more SFIA, just stirring the pot a little. This board is so dead, LG I feel will make a good run again this year. Yes one gamer will favor LG however a series will boil down to who makes the routine plays and gets the key hits, LG did that last year but can they do it again this year. Big question.
