I like this car! All it needs is the Buckeye "G" logo painted on it!

Kinda looks like Maroon interior. I'll send him a leaping Lion decal.

Now why would you want him to screw up a perfectly good car, when he already has the best mascot possible right there on the grill? In chrome at that!:taunt:

No Doubt! How would you like to have 2 at driving age on the same insurance plan and the 2 numbskulls wreck into each other? It can and did happen. Don't ask me how I know.

The Brownwood Leaping Lion is greatness, if not iconic...but he is Indian Gideon and already has a place for the Indian Spear...the Lions will learn to "fear the spear" this fall as well...

Bought my son an '08 two years ago as a sophomore, and he still thanks us for it. One ticket, and that was dismissed. He has always taken good care of his stuff and this has been no exception. Have had no mechanical problems.

In response to Fb-Fanatic... If your kid has proved that he is responsible and handles his business the way you expect them to as a parent, I have no problem with that. I'm still of the opinion that you let your kids earn whatever you give them, that be a 95 or 2013, allowance, games, or whatever.

Betcha that is one happy young man. Put some magna flow mufflers on it to give it a nice rumble!

I have two 17 year olds and both driving, luckily one is a girl and her insurance premiums is less than 50% of my sons. He bought his first car with money from grandma and a loan from sis. But after a year of no AC, black interior, and summer heat, he decided the 72 cutlass with sleek silver paint, mags, headers, cam, and trans shift kit, was not what he wanted to escort his girlfriend around in. So I bought him a truck, traded him for the cutlass and now its MINE....... I got the better end of the deal, although he still likes to drive it.

Agreed. I bought every car I owned with a fulltime job. That was his second car, drove a 2000 Chevy he bought, but was killing *me* and him on maintainance, so sold it and put in half ourselves with his half from jobs and money from a car his grandmother left to him. He did show at an early age responsibility, and carried a 4.0 and led a team to a pressure filled 24-4 record. Did the same with his older brother and he is halfway through med school. They "get it".
