I felt like I was watching a really good girls basketball game in that video.

I don't think he can dunk. His vertical appears to be under 10 inches.

Until he faces a 6'7" or better center, we won't know what kind of skills he really has. The problem with being so much taller than everybody else in high school in a 2A school.....you just don't get to develop your skills against quality competition. If he were playing at Gregory Portland or against teams like Flour Mound and such, then maybe he'd be able to show more. At this juncture, I'd say he is tall enough and has basic skills to get him a good scholarship. But he'll have to earn his way once he gets to the next level, imo.

OOPS.....I wrote Flour Mound and not Flour Bluff, but the gist of the post remains the same. I guess I lived in Argyle too many years, but was a Corpus Christi native for quite a while in my earlier years as well....so I naturally combined the two kinda like a recipe, haha.

I want to go a college that is close to home (TEXAS) preferably , hopefully get a full ride to a good school, graduate , praying that i can make it into the NBA or a overseas team if not i have my education to fall back on, get a decent job so I can buy a ranch,

Hahaha this personal statement from the recruiting site gets me. All the kid wants is the FULL ride and a ranch.

Yeah....let's get to the bottom line, for sure, haha. We all wanted a full ride and a ranch....so what's new under the sun???
