Awesome for A&M, Kyle Field is a fun place and they'll have no problem filling it up.

Unfortunately, the real UT (University of Tennessee) is still bigger, by 455 seats lol. Crazy that when LSU gets done with their addition there will be four SEC stadiums with capacities north of 100,000.

New Kyle Field capacity will be 102,500 making it the largest SEC stadium.

Oh wow, the one article I looked at said just 102,000!

But yeah, I'm sure Tennessee will find a way to add 46 or a few hundred more seats to make sure it stays the biggest.

Regardless, those few extra seats won't help them beat LSU.

Kyle Field will also house the largest video screen and the first in 1080 resolution.

I'm sure the Longhorns will answer this with bigger and better-It's just a matter of time

Maybe they can also find a way to create an audio system that will simulate crowd noise.

Let's see if the new stadium can help them win a championship, I hear the noise had over a 100 tackles last season and lead the team. Boom.

I laughed at this lol.

If I was an A&M fan I'd be more worried about quarterback, the defense will improve. Just because you get the top qb prospect doesn't mean your problem is fixed, cough, Garret Gilbert, cough.

It will be interesting to see what Sumlin can do in the sec without Manziel, Sumlin is definitely a coach that can put points on the board however he did have two pretty special QB's running his offense. To win championships you have to be solid on both sides of the ball, he has yet to prove he can do that. Just competing in well in the sec will get old for most fans, winning championships is a must at most big time schools.

Just wait until the second coming of Kevin Murray shows up next year.

Only the walmart in Lagrange since they still have plenty of the last 2 years' shirts in stock. I heard even the local illegals won't wear them. They say that the shirts get them thrown out of all the better establishments. So they've resorted to wiping their arses with them. Se dice que no bueno por nada pero bueno por quacha.

There are more of them atm shirt wearing fans here in LG, not many Longhorn fans. You can do better then this , this is not even close to funny. Come On man or girl.

Thanks, yes he was. I was born in 1958, so I obviously never knew him. My dad (who played at Rice about the same time and they were good friends) told me all about his football playing. He was my moms older sisters first husband. Funny thing is she remarried several years after his death and married Jim Thomasen who played running back for the 1939 Championship team!!! My aunt is still alive and lives in a assisted living place in Brenham. When my son went to the 7 on 7 tournments, I always took time to walk down Joe Routt Blvd.
