Wow! Is anyone looking at Bayleigh Chaviers of the Ville? Great athlete, basketball, soccer, 800m State champion as a freshman.

Celina doesn't have a soccer team. Maybe they should start one before Prosper recruits her.

Football may be the only sport where high school play is scouted. In all the other sports, colleges concentrate on select and club ball, and high school season is mostly passed over except for some small colleges. If you aren't playing select, you're not going to be on colleges' radar.

Unfortunately the soccer is coming to Celina. With the city folk starting to move in there are more kids in the youth sports playing soccer than there is playing baseball or softball.

Soccer coming to C-town is not necessarily a bad thing. It will provide future special teams stars. The soccer background of the Hedlunds worked out very well for Argyle.

No doubt Hedlund was a huge weapon. Myself being a baseball/football guy I personally couldn't care less about them getting soccer .
