Somerset 8th grader commits to LSU

He's Sonny Detmer's grandson(his dad played at Cincinnatti and is the Somerset DC).

I would have thought Sonny would have known better than to let him commit this early. Especially to LSU.

I'm guessing he doesn't end up there on 2018 signing day.

Not the first time LSU has had this happen recently. Dylan Moses, a freshman at University High School on the LSU campus, was offered when he was 8th grade. It helped he was 6'2, 215 and ran a 4.45 at the LSU camp he was at when he was 14. Kid committed this year (He's a freshman now).
