Always going to be a percentage that gets the shaft. No way around it.

I agree as so many of us only think of realignment in terms of Football, yet there is much more to it than just Friday night ball games.

Realignment is easily the most difficult thing the UIL does and its not close

they started this one off on the right foot by releasing the cut-off numbers early..so now..really, the only question is what district you'll be in

I agree as so many of us only think of realignment in terms of Football, yet there is much more to it than just Friday night ball games.

You can say this again. Football is actually one factor of realignment. Realignment effects all other sports as well as UIL Academic, Theater and Band contests.

I think Sweetwater will get the shaft this time. It would have been better travel wise if they would have opted up.

Nah, it will be Big Spring. 3 El Paso area schools? Big Spring to Fabens 315 miles one way?

they could really use a high speed rail from BS to El Paso! dang thats a haul in school buses

they could really use a high speed rail from BS to El Paso! dang thats a haul in school buses

Video games are getting pretty realistic. Couldn't we play some of these long-distance games "virtually"?

This will cut down on concussions also.

A neutral site halfway or equally distant would help a lot in some of these districts.
