Was released last night. Astros have the second most top 100 prospects (7) behind the Red Sox (9), all of which are ranked 66 or better.

That said, the overall rankings give 99 points to the #1 ranked player and 98 to #2, etc. Astros come in ranked number 1 in overall points because a lot of Boston's players are in the bottom half of the rankings.

Also, Houston will clearly add another top prospect this coming draft with the top pick yet again.

I've been telling you guys the Astros will be back soon!

Finish last for 9 years and you can field a whole team with #1's.

3-5 years and they'll be competitive again, depending on who is forreal and who is a bust and how long it takes them to get to the league. Unfortunately around that time the Rangers will probably be in decline.

They'll be competitive way before that. They've already graduated a couple of their top prospects to the majors.

They've improved the bullpen already and that was the biggest weakness.

Kyle Crick of Sherman (SF Giants) is No. 32.

The Rangers will be competitive for another 8-9 years because of their farm system and still-young pitching rotation. The big debate will be whether to trade Andrus to open a spot for Rougned Odor at second and move Profar back to short. You might get more for Odor.
