Here is a good article on how the Belichick coaching tree has struggled. All his past assistants have failed and the Texans want another. Are they doomed to be another Cleveland or Jacksonville.

I like O'Brien.

With a top two pick in the draft, Houston has options at QB. Pick Bridewater? Trade down for Bortles/Manziel? Pick Clowney or Matthews, then pick up Metzenberger in round two? Or Boyd?

O'Brien was great as the OC with the Patriots & I think he'll get the most out of whatever QB we pick. He's helped keep Penn State competitive, which says to me that he won't be another Charlie Weis or Romeo Crenel.
