Talking to a Hill Country local...believe JC turned in 213 which should put them in 2A. Imagine District might be JC, Center Point, Junction, Mason, Harper and maybe Sabinal.....never know poor brackett (say poor due to travel) could i be n there

I don't see how us and Dallas teams could be region 3 we have always been one or two. That would be a lot if driving for playoff ganes

Try being the northern and western most school in Region III . We played Newton and Kirbyville in football and Rusk and Carthage in baseball.

You could switch 7 & 9 but then 7 will have virtually the same problem; although 10 is closer to 9 for Bi District.

I like that one better for the main reason that we wouldn't have to drive into the metroplex every game. I hate that on Friday nights. Of course I usually do anyway since I am an official. lol

Nice Work. This is a very balanced projection. Every district with 6 teams besides D12, and all of those teams are sort of on an island so they must be grouped together.

Traditionally, has the UIL wanted to stay more balanced or would they be more worried about travel? I know both come into play somewhat, but I am sure there is something they use. For instance, Florence (projected in D14) would average about 30 miles more a game in D14 as apposed to D11.

Think Bangs and Early will be in different districts? Only 10 miles apart. Could happen I suppose.

I have no idea how I missed that Glen Rose was going to be 3A. I always thought their school district was huge when we played them. Talk about the best facilities in the new 3A.

Talk about the best facilities in the new 3A.We have always been at the bottom of 3A however we have consistently dropped 30-40 kids each year for a few years. Not sure why

I didn't notice that Glen Rose and Rockdale were going to be 3A, either. Both should do very well in the new 3A.
