Seems like all the playoff threads have traded smack and stats and all fans are now chompin' at the bit for the games to be played---and I don't blame them. I think this year's games will produce some of the best contests in a while, and I'm looking forward to it---if I can just wait out this last 24hrs. before the coin tosses.....Soon smack will translate into fact or fiction, players will give their best on the field, and everyone will go home friends and still very proud of their teams--win or lose. We are very fortunate to live in a state where football excellence is prized and practiced by a bunch of great kids purely for our entertainment and their sense of accomplishment.
