So, I figured I would post this for the statistics nerds. :nerd:

#7 Kilgore (13-0) rating - 150.86
#8 Argyle (14-0) rating - 150.61
#20 Carthage (13-1) rating - 147.85

Breakdown of Stephenville' opponents records:

Non District (Prepa Tec, Aledo, Ft. Lauderdale Dillard, LaVega, Amarillo) - all 5 of these teams made the playoffs in their respective leagues and went at least 2 rounds. LaVega went 2. Prepa Tec, Dillard, and Amarillo went 3. Aledo is of course still playing.

You surely don't mean any of the following playoff teams which include the Dillard, FL team that lost 14-59 in the round of 16 and went 8-4? or Prepa Tech that barely beat 0-10 San Antonio Wagner 38-35 and just barely lost to Sville 16-17 or the Amarillo, Glen Rose AND La Vega teams that all lost 6 games this season or the Brownwood and Springtown teams that both lost 7 games this season or the Hillsboro team that lost 8 games? The majority of that strength of schedule ranking comes from playing Aledo which I don't believe takes into account whether you won or lost. Count the strength of schedule against games you actually won and you'd be somewhere above or below Carthage.

Those teams just played really hard schedules, that's why they lost so many games. They were ALL better than their records!! maybe?? :D

Say what you want about Fairfields easy schedule......they beat Navasota soundly on the road, beat a decent Palestine team 54-0 on the road, and pretty much destroyed everyone on the schedule. They haven't had the toughest road in the playoffs, but their has been nolet up
