From what I know about Graham from last year, they like to pass way more than Argyle does. If this is still true, the forecast of steady winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts upwards of 30 mph for Justin that I just read gives yet another advantage to Argyle.

good points regaleagle, but let me add this. Records don't matter as much as the level these teams have reached. Semis are very difficult to make and no matter what your record no one should overlook the other. Yes you will still have lopsided games at times but that is only because te other team couls be that much better or better prepared or experienced. I know when GR made it to the Regional finals we were a much better team than we played like but didn't have the experience in that hi profile of a game. Good luck to both and I wish I could be there!

That's good, because it is damn near impossible to run on Argyle.

After I wrote that, I got to thinking that Davis has way more practice in windy conditions out there in Graham than our guys here in the doldrums of East Texas do.

I know ticket sales in graham are sold out, probably same in argyle. I'm sure they will have ticket sales at the gates but wouldn't bet on a lot!! Might wanna show up early as possible and sit on home side, Graham's side will be packed

I just got a pic text to me of the Argyle side and wow...not a great crowd at all 5 min before kickoff. I know others have said they don't have a huge following but I guess I expected tonight to be different with Argyle playing so close to home in a semi final game. Interesting...

We had #10 playin on a sprained MCL that hurt us some. Argyle front 7 hurried our QB all night long. It stings for sure. For what its worth we did contain Sadler but didnt have an answer for Raulston. Good Luck to Argyle in the championship.

Great season for Graham. Nothing to be ashamed of.
Although the scoreboard is deceiving, the steers put the Eagles to the test on many different areas and exposed areas that need improvement.
No game means nothing this far in the playoffs. I am 100% certain Fairfield will want this game film.

A great run for the Graham Steers. They are now 27-3 the last two seasons....nothing to sneeze at. They played tough tonite....but just didn't realize what they were up against. Argyle played tough too, and won the game on the line. Sadler wasn't used much tonite, and Argyle attempted too many passes, imo. I think the Argyle coaches did that purposely. I also think they left some things out of the offense when Argyle went up 21-0. Good job by the Eagles overall, and the Argyle coaches as well. One more game for Eagles on both teams.

Congrats to the Argyle Eagles for yet another convincing win against a good team. They are most worthy of playing against Fairfied for the SC-- they have flat earned it every week. Congrats to our neighbors, the Graham Steers for continuing to field a great team and program season after season, and this year's team has added to that growing legacy with a semi appearance.

In the kids defense he was under extreme duress. It can be tough sledding when you have no running game and you come up against a team that can defend the pass. The difference in this game IMO was our o-line and our ability to run at will. The steers had zero running game and that allowed us to pin our ears back and go get Davis. I was surprised that your coaches got away from the swing pass to the back, it was working well early. Anyway congrats on a great season.

Whatever, pick your poison, Sadler or Nick. This class has been "the chosen ones" since they were young,, and when Nick got there to help its pretty much unstoppable.
