Has there been this many blowouts in previous years of playoffs? I don't recall off the top of my head that there are this many lopsided games in all classifications.

Can't say much about the other classifications but 3A only has what? 177 total teams in the classification and 128 of them made the playoffs. That's almost 75% of the total teams. If this were 1979 this week would be the equivalent of Bi-District with one team from each of 32 districts qualifying for the playoffs with all 32 teams in one bracket. The playoffs have been majorly watered down.
