CROWLEY – Everman used a big-play offense to turn back upset-minded Crowley, 41-26, in a non-district game Friday night.

(2-1) and their big-play offense stymied the upset-minded Eagles' bid during last night's non-district victory at Crowley.

Everman (2-1), led by tailback Marcus Jamison (153 yards) and fullback Robert Moore (122 yards), rushed for 372 yards on 33 attempts. Crowley (0-3) gained 415 yards of offense and ran 65 plays to Everman's 36.

But Jamison sealed the victory with a 75-yard touchdown run on third-and-5 to extend the Bulldogs' advantage to 14 with 3:56 remaining.

It wasn't pretty, we are young and inexperienced and it shows at times.

Doesn't matter if it was pretty or not- you guys will come together! Just remember that every team on here has at one team been "young and inexperienced". Your advantage here is that your coachs know that- and they are an awesome group of people!
