I should add that Denver City (11-0) and Bangs (8-3) play tonight in San Angelo. The winner
will face Eastland next week in the 2A Division I Quarterfinals.

lol, you were right the first time. The UIL apparently has a rule about the number of days between games -- winner plays Eastland next Monday:
