Sinton - Calallen baseball game cancelled

Due to cold and wet weather the scheduled baseball game tonight between the No. 1 ranked 3A Sinton Pirates and the No. 1 ranked 4A Calallen Wildcats has been cancelled. I don't think the game has been rescheduled so once again weather has defeated a great matchup. I will let you know if I hear different.

I'll tell you...I wouldn't enjoy sitting out there in the cold, but I at least wanted the option! BUT I guess I can't blame them for not wanting the kids out there in 30 degree weather :D :D :D

Hopefully things will clear up for this weekend's tourney.

I knew if it was too cold and wet for me to work it was too cold and wet for them to be playin.They probably got a couple tournaments where they may face each other.Be nice to see.

I looked at the schedule on the district website, and though they are playing in the Calallen Tournament next week, it doesn't show them playing Calallen. Kinda strange. May be that there's different brackets and we only show ours. Any body know?

66, Calallen probably doesn't want to face us until the championship game wink :) :D
