For some reason I cannot vote in the poll. I think (hope) we can finally get over the hump this year so I am picking Shallowater. There are a lot of seniors on this years team and they lost a classmate in an automobile accident over the weekend. Compared to life a football game does not mean squat but since they are going to play I hope the team can focus enough to get them through. Since Tech does not have a game this weekend if we are lucky enough to advance I think I may get up Saturday and head to Brownwood for the Vernon/Liberty Hill game.

You have to have 100 posts. It's something that was started a few years ago to get some of the
registered members that only read to start posting more. At least that is what Sinton 66 told me.

A couple of years ago they changed the system settings to only allow posters with 100+ post to vote.

I will take the Loboes by 7 in this one. We have to stop or at least slow down that running back named Black I believe. That kid is a horse for sure. I will still love my Loboes win lose or draw. We have been alot better this year in the pass defense area. Only problem is our quarterback can sometimes throw passes that he should not. Hasan please just throw it away and dont try to force it.

Shallowater is a quality team with a outstanding RB... But running through 2a non Dist schedule. & sub dist. You have to learn to play studs to get those kids ready for that major playoff level.

I picked Shallowater this year. Lobo's have a very good chance. Just think the experience of Shallowater this season will prevaile. Weather is going to be an equalizer so it could very well go Green go's way!

Going with the Sr. RB for Shallowater who missed out last season due to injury. I think he carries the night in this playoff matchup for Shallowater to advance. I'm still hoping to get "permission" to hit the road from Boss Carolyn. Something about the "black ice" on the return trip has her a little concerned. One thing's for sure -- we won't have much trouble finding a good seat!

Great season Loboes. This was a well played game by both teams. Neither team has anything to be ashamed of. Hats off to Shallowater as they deserved this win. In the end #35 Black was just too much to overcome. Still love my Loboes, win-lose-draw.
