I just got done watching the Gilmer-Mineola replay on Etex cable and I hope Pittsburg presents more of a challenge next week. The starters had a couple of miscues early in the game that may have presented problems against a better team, but I was glad to see the defense hold so many times on 4th downs. Zac Spears really impressed me stepping in and taking control of the offense. If it wasn't for the different jersey, I could have sworn that was Tanner out there calling plays. Is Spears a freshman or sophomore? I have read both and I'm just curious how long we will get to enjoy him at varsity level.
