Looking forward to it. With me being black I have to use the most expensive for my coarse hair.#blackmansburden

I went back to old school shaving in 2008. Was able to find a Gillette Fat Boy Double Edge Razor fro $5 and found a few Gillette Super Speed razors for around the same price. Cleaned them up ordered some double edge razor blades, got a badger hair shaving brush and a bathroom full of different shaving soaps that I love using. The Fusion probably gives a better shave, but I get a dang fine shave and it has become somewhat of a hobby. I do know that a Double Edge Razor Blade cost a lot less than those fusion blades.

I want to try using a safety razor, but I'm nervous about cutting myself.

This is a shaving sight that helped get me started with "Old School Shaving" www.badgerandblade.com just take your time and I suggest getting and Edwin Jagger D89 Double Edge Razor for around $30 to $40. They are great beginner razors, German crafted and really are a beautiful razor. You can also do an ebay search for a Gillette Tech Razor which are great razors. The one I have was made in 1938 and I love using Vintage Razors.

I signed up last week and received my first shipment on Friday. I got the 4 blade razor and they are pretty sweet. I also bought the shave butter and it was good. I bought, but haven't tried the One Wipe Charlies.

The quality is good, and the price is way better than the name brand blades. I like the idea of them being shipped to my house every month, because buying replacement razors is something I always forget to do.

Been shaving (my face) in the shower for 20 years, no mirror, no shaving cream.... just soap and a razor. Soooo much easier and a way better shave. A Fusion blade will last me about a month.
