Here we go
Can the Texans break the losing streak?

I still have faith in Case Keenum. He's just one of those young players who have got "it", and sooner or later, this is going to show. Hope the Texans can get a big win tonight.

Keenum deep bomb to Andre for a TD. Then the texans D blocks indy's fg attempt

Texans special teams blocks a punt and Keenum tosses another bomb TD to Andre. Omg.

Schaub is not getting his job back LOL

I don't think even a lot of NFL vet QB's throw a better ball than Keenum.

Schaub and Kubiak can pack their bags, but leave Case at quarterback.

Saggy Aggie
11-03-2013, 09:19 PM
Think Kubiak is in the process of saving his job. Starting Keenum over Schaub even tho Schaub was ready was a good start

Apparently he fainted. As network broke for half he was conscious and sitting up. No further reports yet. Coming up.

Note 2: If a player goes to the ground out-of-bounds (with or without contact by an opponent) in the process of
attempting to secure possession of a loose ball at the sideline, he must maintain complete and continuous
control of the ball throughout the process of contacting the ground, or there is no possession.

He maintained possession throughout contacting the ground....

The slid out of bounds with the ball and bobbled it way after the play was over.

The play isn't over because he goes out of bounds. He has to maintain possession till his momentum has stopped. The ball slides from his chest area to below his midsection before the momentum has stopped. Good call.

So you're saying if a receiver has a ball slip thru his hands and catches it between his knees but the ball never hits the ground, then it's not a catch?

Why is every other play over when a player goes out of bounds, but not this one?

continuation of the catch. If this rule wasn't in effect then when a receiver catches the ball on the sideline with both feet in would be a catch even if he bobbles it while going out of bounds. It is a necessary rule.

Txbroadcaster

It is not..watch when they replay a catch out of bounds...they always look at feet and control of ball...then control of ball after WR has hit the ground and stopped moving
