In what was supposed to be a high scoring affair Friday night vs a ranked Robinson, both defenses turned it up a notch, resulting in a 2-0 halftime score in the favor of Lorena. Four year starter defensive tackle Trevor Beard tallied a pancake and tackle at a critical time vs a strong Robinson line. In the process, he also tackled a pulling lineman and running back.
