My source who told me 1,004 was way off. Maybe I need a better EC source.

The Internet site I went to shows El campo @ 975. But if 1090 is the number. And the UIL is re-classifying schools this up coming year with a 6A class. What class will El campo end up in. Because I believe the cut off for the next class is 1050. So will we end up in 5A are 4A.

Wharton should really be in 2A with their low enrollment

And that's something else I don't understand about 3a enrollment there only a hand full of schools in 3a that have enrollment at are above 900.

Wharton has a little over 600 . I do not remember the exact number, I know there are not any Wharton kids going to El Campo ISD, but some go to the private school. As far as the Wharton - Boling situation it is a little crazy. There are places where a neighbor may be in the Boling district and you may be in the Wharton district and both have Wharton addresses . There are some kids in the Wharton district going to Boling . I was told Wharton had about 75 kids from the Boling district in Wharton ISD
