I don't know LHP...Burnet O is better than last years...and it sounds like LH D is better as well......but I can't really give an accurate opinion cause I haven't seen the Hill play this year. Only a few highlights. I will say QB Kiser is one of the most accurate passers to come thru Burnet since McGee....The kid is fun to watch....He's a bit bigger & stronger than last year....And he seems to have a grasp of what defenses are throwing at him......Some of the throws he made last Friday were flat out crazy! I think the D's will decide this game.....and Burnet's D is really starting to play well...They've played the run very well this season so should be interesting to see what the slot-T can do....Big LB's Hall and Walker should be busy on Friday.....Anyway, for the sake of having some fun, I'll go ahead and give my homer prediction as well:

Burnet is gonna kick the Barney's arses come Friday!!.....Good thing is ya'll are playing at home so you won't need to go buy purple cans of paint like you did last year!....:taunt:

Lets look at the two common opponents LH and Burnet have had - Rockdale and Bwood. Now I have not done an in depth statistical analysis using parametric or non parametric stats and or determined if the distribution were normally distributed, but what I have done was this

total PF/PA for the two games:
Burnet 51/35
LH 80/48

LH has scored more points aginst these two teams, but also given up more points. IN the end, as I said earlier, throw it all out the window cause this is a big rivalry game and anything can happen. The LH team is much more focused this year than last, and that has been the difference in this team this year.

BTW over last 19 years straight that Burnet and Liberty Hill have played...WE hold the advantage 11 to 8 over Da Hill. I think this year will be know different than last year with Burnet hanging another disappointing loss on Da Hill. Better luck next year!!! 12 to 8 2013!!! Don't let Brownwood loss give you false sense of hope. Can't wait to tack a loss on Da Hill on their new field!!!

The LH freshmen made some nice throws and catches last night, Hell the 7th graders threw and caught it a few times as well.
