I can't see Navasota being ranked above Fairfield no matter how you do the poll. I think Fairfield is a legit top ten team this year.

In the words of Maxwell Smart, "Missed it by that much!" So instead, Fairfield is a legit top 11 team.

Fixed.. My top 11. Fairfield is very solid this year. As far as the Navasota/Fairfield game goes, it's hard to beat anyone when you turn the ball over 6 times and Navasota still only trailed 30-24 midway throught the 4th. Turnovers 5 and 6 lead to another 14 points for the Eagles to close out the game.

1. Gilmer (1) 7-0
2. Argyle (2) 6-0
3. Kilgore (3) 5-0
4. Stephenville (4) 5-1
5. Carthage (5) 6-1
6. Fairfield (11) 7-0
7. Graham (6) 7-0
8. Navasota (9) 6-1
9. Celina (7) 7-0
10. West Orange-Stark (8) 4-1
11. Port Isabel (10) 7-0

Your poll looks more dead on than the AP.

I will need to check the AP out for this week to compare.
