Tell us about them. Who they have played etc. Curiously, I drive thru both of these town a lot going to hunt, I have always wondered why both towns can't be legitimate forces every year.

I'm thinking that Gainesville has a pretty salty D this season, but not quite the explosive offense they had last season. They still have their good RB Battle though, but lost their qb and some other key players to graduation. I don't believe they will be able to put up quick scoring drives, and will want to limit their opponents possessions by controlling the clock. I voted for Decatur simply because they are a work in progress with a very good senior qb in Muehlstein, but lack experience at the skill positions. He should be able to carry this team if he can get a little help from some of the younger players. I don't know much about their defense, but I suspect they are improving weekly. This should be a very close game. Maybe some of Alvarado posters can tell us more about Decatur. Just call this my upset special of the week . Decatur will need at least 4 TD's to beat this Leopard squad. I think they can do it.

This shaping up to be very competive game. Gainesville schedule look to be a little suspect. Decatur could possibly get it done. I actually have no idea:D.........just making conversation!

Well in the last 11 games between the two..Decatur has won 6 and lost 5. This should be as close as the series has been. I think the ville will pull it out but wouldn't be suprised if Decatur wins. 35-27 G'ville
