Anybody have any athletes in the Freshman class that is playing football on varsity and making an impact?

We have a Frosh at RB that is splitting time with a Sr. This is the first kid that I remember in a long time that started the year at Stephenville as a Frosh on varsity.

Our Junior RB Nick Ralston has been our main RB now since his Frosh season. I don't know what his career stats will be, but last season he had 1900+ rushing....not counting all purpose yardage. This was with him not playing but half games for about 5 or 6 games last season. Same this season, plus he was out for 2 games early on. And then Argyle splits his running up with jet sweeps to 2 or 3 other guys, qb options, and the wildcat formation with Sadler. I'm thinking he had 1200+ his Frosh season, so he's definitely on pace for 5000+ rushing yards for his high school career.

La Grange has a Freshman (J K Dobbins) starting on Varsity this year, plays Corner and also sees action at wildcat QB , receiver and returning punts. He is already getting attention from D-1 schools, kid is going to be really special.

Bellville has a freshman starting at NT/DL that is making some good plays.
That has been a welcome surprise since we graduated most of the DL last spring.

Cuero has some 2 that are already catching some eyes . The Miles kid if he continues the way he has will be a household name in Cuero by the time he graduates . The LaFond kid(not sure I spelled that right) will also strike fear in all of Cuero’s opponents not only in football but baseball too he is a stud.
