With the cancelation of the Summerset game and then the open date it will have been 2 weeks the last time the Gobblers (and maybe some others) have played don’t know if that’s good or bad?
Some would say it gives the kids with injuries time to heal but others say you can get rusty .

I definitely think it hurt El Campo last night. They just never got into a groove and kept making huge mistakes that cost them the game while Bellville looked more in control. EC hadn't played since 9/13.

Happy that we have the Buffalos at home this year the Gobblers should do well as the young players are getting more seasoned.
Last year the Buffs looked to be the team to beat when we played them but they fell off the cliff after they played us?
