Nicole says THANKS DOWNLOW!

Some of ya'll might remember a few years back I asked everyone to vote for my niece for some City Chic Magazine/modeling contest....anyways, she won that thing thanks in part to all the votes us Downlowers gave her!!....hey, it helps to have friends in LOW places!!:D
Anyway, she was in town last weekend. Hadn't seen her is a long time. She remembers the Downlow and told me to thank everyone. That contest propelled her career. She now lives in Brooklyn and her pics are all over the place including magazines, catalogs, and even billboards in New York city!!....She has picture shoots several times a month now and is a pro on a modeling runway!...All thanks in part to us little ol' Downlowers!...Oh, and she's almost as pretty as me!!..:doh::D

here's a crazy one: Nicole got to travel to Africa last year (forgot which country) to do a shoot. She and the crew were able to visit a small tribal community just outside the town they were in. They were told everything would be OK. That's when things got a little tense! The tribal "leader" fell head over heals for Nicole! Asked her to be his wife on the spot! He was dead serious!....... Nicole and everybody else in her party didn't know what to do. One of the tribal leader's "higher ups" came up to Nicole and told her, "It is considered an honor to be his wife and it wouldn't be wise to say NO to him!".....After several tense moments and several "NO's" and "I'm sorry's" from Nicole and some her crew, the tribal leader gave up his quest and told them to leave!....Nicole says she's never been so scared in all her life.....:thinking:....Wonder if anyone got be-headed or something after that? Cause according to Nicky, that dude was mighty pissed!?..:doh:
