Friday night, the Gilmer Buckeyes meet the Gladewater Bears for the 57th time...1965, Senior year, kicked their butt 7-3, ruined Skipper Butler's night & we intend on carring on with that. District 16-3A begins!!

I hope we play better Friday than we did Saturday. If not, Gilmer will start district 0-1.

Gladewater has played its best game against Gilmer the last 3 or 4 years. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Gladeeater holds it close for 2-3 quarters, then Gilmer pulls away late.
