The score was 43-8 at the half. In the second half coach played the reserves who did well on offense scoring three times but the second D could not defend the Royal passing attack. The Royal qb was very athletic and he had several tall receivers who made some excellent plays scoring three tds. The Leps never were challenged in this game and just coasted to the win playing the entire bench in the second half to not run up the score any more than they did. Next week they have Needville (0-3) at home then Canyon Lake (0-3) at home after that. The Leps will not be challenged until they meet Gonzales in the first district game in three weeks.

That's what we spotted them to start the game, maybe a TD and 2 point try. That would be 8.

They scored a td on a long pass and 2 point conversion from the swinging gate. They scored the 2 point conversions in all three 2nd half tds against our 2nd and 3rd D. Everyone got playing time in the second half. Our 2nd O scored three times so coach made them take a knee 4 times on the last series.
