Brownwood finally will be close to full strength for the first time all season. The only thing I know about Snyder is they are also 0-2 and have lost really close games. Anybody got any info on Snyder?

Lost to Amarillo Caprock 28-27, blocked extra point with 30 seconds left.
Lost to Lubbock Cooper 32-31, after leading 28-12 middle of 3rd.

OK. Not trying to be smart here but are those quality teams? I dont know much about far West and Panhandle teams.

We will see with Caprock this week as they play Estacado.
Lubbock Cooper should make the playoffs. I spoke with a school member and they are currently sitting around 1300 in their high school. 5000 in school district.
Both teams had more numbers and were pretty large on lines.
Snyder is much better than last year. Young men are getting more accustomed to running the spread and new defensive schemes. Worked real hard in weight room this summer.
Coach Sims and his staff do a great job.

Thats good. We in Brownwood are just excited to see what our team will look like with all those starters back. We have has as many as 10 sophs and 1 freshman on varsity and seeing a lot of playing time.

Suspensions hurt. Has your RB gotten healthy? We have a couple players injured and have two or three sophomores starting.

I agree. Ridiculous. 46-43 brownwood. Final. I don't think brownwood ever punted, might have turned it over on downs once, and a couple of turnovers. Defense needs to get better and stop giving up big plays. 3 losses by a total of 5 points. Tuff losses, but losses none the less.

I wouldnt say the D's were horrible. Some games just go this way. The D's did get gassed for sure but in the first half both D's held serve pretty well. Brownwood freshman receiver Conner Howard had a huge game following his 11 catch 141 yard game last week. Tonight he went 8 catches for 200 yards 3 Tds and a 2 pt conversion catch. This kid is fantastic. Also our Qb Keesee was something like 26-35 for 460 yards 4 Tds no picks.

Yalls running back is the real deal and your Qb is one tough cookie.
