That's a different story...girls & boys...Did you see the Anders RB from Aledo...Yes that's the same Anders family from Mineral Wells...That is what has happened to our athletics...they move out instead of in...

Good luck to MW also.. I know ya'll have fell on some hard times but it will turn around at some point.. Just stand behind the kids and all push for success... Great men and women are worth a lot more than trophies.

Yeah, that's tough on a team when one of its future stars moves out to better his collegiate recruiting status. Sometimes that happens nowadays....nothing illegal about it.

Pretty sure Anders family has been out in Aledo for a while now....let's give some credit to Hirschi...they look to be much improved...

Said it many times, matt---if the kids at Hirschi ever get motivated, they will do some damage. They have always had some outstanding pure athletes. Hope they can make a playoff run.

There are several Anders still here. The Anders, Carters etc...all related. The Anders kids dad was Henry...he set several rushing records while playing at MW. Henry's uncle Wayne was a stud back in the 60's. I played little League baseball with them way back in the day.

The Anders kid in Aledo is talented but has attitude issues. It will hender his career if he doesn't get it under control. He's already been disciplined for it more than once. I like to watch him play, but after every play, there is way too much drama. He got hit pretty hard by one of the Ville's LB's and wasn't the same after that. lol Talented kid though.
