What was the predicted score for the Aledo / Stephenville game last year? I know both picked Aledo. How did that turn out?

I think it's more about what they think about Aledo. The Jackets will have a chance to show what they can do. I think this season it may take more than one week for the offense to get clicking full speed, JMO. I hope I am wrong and we wax them again.

Didnt turn out well but season picks seemed to go OK overall..I mean you know picking 80% is decent

the world in hs football will be right when Everman is on the upswing!
looks like southwest is missing colbert in their run defense..not a good thing with the Indians coming up for them.
but, their QB is looking good, and very dangerous..we have the same DLine that harrassed their QB all game long last year..should be a good game!

Offensively IMO Southwest may be more dangerous than they were last year. The QB isn't the athlete Harris was, but he's a MUCH better QB. He scrambles to throw, so when he's flushed he's looking up the field....then he'll pull it down and pick up 7-8 yards. They dont have the one WR like they had a year ago but they've got about five really fast seniors who can catch the ball and make things happen.

Defensively they are WAY down...missing the two big DTs they had that were so good last year....back seven is real soft..I think Alvarado-SW will be very similar to Everman-SW...there will be a lot of points for sure...
