they are down...lost to Palestine 26-12 last week

They kept it close until the 4th and it fell apart. Lost 29-12 I think against state ranked Palestine.

Haven't heard anything out of the ordinary. Will have to be delt with the first game of District as usual.

Final was 26-12. LaVega trailed at the half 8-0 but led after three 12-8. HC is still there but had a few coaches moved on.

I am a Palestine supporter.

I believe La Vega is a pretty good team, that will make the playoffs and be a tough out. I do not see them going very deep, maybe a 2nd round matchup with Navasota and then exiting?

They have a very talented RB. QB is pretty good, but just did not get the protection he needed in our game. Defensively they were very good and swarmed to the ball.
