After talking to at least a half dozen sources from Caldwell, I can officially confirm, that Caldwell does in fact water their field down for big time opponents.

I take it somebody snatched the handle off the faucet before the Bellville game last year.

I must also admit these sources range from players on the 2005-2009 teams.

Lol, I was wondering if this was ever going to come up again.

I was there for the 09 Caldwell/Navasota game and it was pretty obvious at that point. Caldwell is going to be back to primarily running the ball this year....:thinking:

But out of all seriousness, I'm looking forward to seeing how Caldwell will improve throughout this year. I believe Coach Goforth is the right man for the job.
