Going home. Oh, did they show up for the game at Kyle Field? The Jasper team that I watched play today was not worth half the hype that was given them on the board. Either they came in thinkin that it was automatic, or they didn't play any kind of teams to this point. Not to mention that the Burnet Bulldogs are the real deal. I hope finally all the ney sayers can see that. If it hadn't been for big plays made in desperation, Jasper wouldn't have scored more than 7. Burnet players have something that I haven't seen many other teams have this year and it is what has set them apart. Its HEART. Their talent has gotten them most of the way, its their heart that has put the nails in the coffins of other want-a-be State Champs. GO BURNET - WIN STATE
