This Sunday's Catholic Church Picnic lands me in Moravia which is on FM 957 outside of Schulenburg.
This is one of my favorites with great food and atmosphere with one of the oldest open air dance hall around.
On the menu is stew, fried chicken, fresh tomatoes and great deserts.
Mark Halata and Texavia and The Red Ravens provide the great polka music and there will be plenty of games,an auction and cold beer.

If you run into anyone named Aggie, tell her a blast from the past (1967) said Hi! So..... how is the hunt for the FNF magazine going? None in W. Houston or Katy.

The FNF magazine DOES exist. The man himself, Matthew Stepp got me one at the 7on7 tournament in Round Rock. But I have yet to see it on a shelf in any store.

There is even a close to full Moon Over Moravia this year. Did you go visit the store? 957 runs right to the door.
