PTI is playing 7on7? NOTHING makes sense anymore!

They play 7 on 7 primarily to help prepare their LBs and Secondary players for the upcoming season. It just so happened our lil' mighty mite of a QB is pretty good too.

Yeah. Pool C, as tough as it is, could go a few different ways IMO.

I believe Argyle, Cameron Yoe, and Kinkaid will probably fight it out for those top 2 spots. At this point, I am not sure who that would be.

Cameron has a better 7 on 7 team than they did a year ago.
Argyle has a lot coming back from last year.
Kinkaid should have a lot of talent at the skill positions.

Don't hold me to it but I think this is Colemans first time at 7 on 7. After a one win or 0 win season 2 years back they shocked a few teams last year. I think this is their coachs 2nd. season

Port Isabel's starting QB will be out for the tournament. The backup is decent though, but not as great as the starter.

I can see PI probably beating Dublin. That's it. They'll struggle with Chapel Hill's speed, and Wimberley's experience at running the Spread.

BTW, you Stephenville folks, watch out for Edna. Very dirty play when PI played them at their tournament in Edna. Their center will sneak the ball up a couple yards when the referee isn't looking, and your receivers will literally get grabbed and mauled.

Their #88 just about ripped PI's #24 jersey off when #24 beat #88 on a fly route. Edna players were also throwing elbow shivs at PI players near the LoS. Other than PI's #24 losing his cool after Edna's #88 mauled him, I was pleasantly surprised there was no fight after the game.

Probably Sota... But Moylan is a pretty good athlete. I'd be pulling for Eastland.

That petty stuff that works in a local SQT won't fly at state...best believe that

Good. Edna probably won't do well w/o being able to pull the crap they were doing at their tournament.

Ingleside will make some noise in this tourney, 2011 they were in the championship bracket beating Iraan 48-28 they losing in the second round to Lindale 30-39. That was when our QB (Tristan Barajas) was entering his sophomore season, and being in the top 16 in that tournament was a huge deal, that same year Tristan won the Built Ford Tough Texas Football Player Of The Week for tying a then state record of 8 tds in a game....he also threw for 3051 yards and 43 touchdowns in just 11 game that season.
This 7on7 season Ingleside is undefeated in league play beating coastal bend schools mostly 4a and 5a. They are also undefeated in tournament play beating Somerset in the championship game and going 5-0 at the SQT in Somerset. If they don't win pool D they will be in the top 2. The Mustangs will be playing for the Coastal Bend as the lone representative.

Good Luck Mustangs!!!!!
