Trust me, we cannot wait for the fans to see the magazine. Orders have been processed by the printer and the mail house and the last batch of magazines are going out on Tuesday. Please tell anyone who hasn't received the magazines to be on the lookout for it either later this week or early next week. With a holiday being this week the mail could potentially run a bit slow.

The first batch goes to the stores and the second goes to people who have already paid for them... The publisher is thinking you will be in wal-mart, see the it and buy it because you want it now. That way they get some people twice... :evillol:

I bought my FNF for $10 at Rattlers in Bellville about 2 weeks ago. I guess the Bellville Booster Club went with the custom cover option. This custom issue has 2013 Bellville Brahmas emblazoned across the bottom of the cover and the cover photo features the returning starters for 2013. The back of the cover, and both sides of the back cover have local ads and action photos of the 2012 team. There is also an extra article about the Brahmas in addition to the write up in the district breakdown. The rest of the magazine seems to be same as the regular edition. Pretty cool if you are a Brahma player, parent, or fan, a real souvenir keepsake edition........probably not so cool for the Sealy fans that buy a copy! I don't know how the revenue works out, but I imagine with the magazine sales now/at games, and the advertising dollars, this will turn out to be a fund raiser.

It looks like they shipped these custom issues earlier than the regular edition.
Some of the other 3A towns with a good fan base, should look in to going with the customer edition for next year.
