Considering that "weed" will probably be legal in every corner of the world before the end of this decade I'm thinking we should not hold that against someone. There are far, far, far worse things we should concern ourselves with as a society.

I personally have never smoked weed but I am all for making it legal and tax the shiite out of it. My problem is that he has been told by the court that he will have to take UA's while he is out on bail and he continues to make the poor decisions that got him to where he is today.

There are many things we should concern ourselfs with, however when the speed limit was 55 I doubt the trooper in far West Texas would care if I told him someday the speed limit out here will be 80.

Agree with it or not it is what it is.
