I knew ole Royce was alive cuz of facebook. However, I thought he was a gone from the downlow. Do they play HS football out there?

they play, and have some great nationally ranked teams in the area. I haven't really got involved though. I'm going to try to hit up some games next year.

Awesome! Those nagging injuries are frustrating, hate to hear that. Stay focused.

I dialed back the mileage quite a bit last Fall but starting to crank it back up this summer. Ran the Cowtown half in Feb and a trail half down in Burnet in May.
