What about Coach Johnson? After all he led us to two Super Bowl wins and the players he left them with won a third one.

Don't forget Tex Schramm. Don Shula said of Schramm, "I truly believe he had as much, or more, to do with the success of professional football as anyone who has ever been connected with the league."
One of his many innovations was starting the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.

#1 Landry (hands down #1)
#2 Staubach
#3 Lilly
#4 Too many to choose: Schramm, Murchison, Jordon, R. White, Mel Renfro, Cliff Harris, Charlie Waters, Aikman, Emmitt, Howley (and just for my grandfather if he were still alive; Eddie Labaron)
And on the back side would be Jackie Smith sitting on the ground in the end zone with the ball between his legs.

Great person on and off the field, 7 or is it 8 pro bowler,THE MOST consistent player for the Cowboys over the last several years, arguable the best defensive end to ever play the game, he could literally walk off the field right now and be a hall of famer, on and on. Stupid.
