Just curious, but why do they send JV? Do they not want the V to get practice games in?

Already qualified is my guess. Also, we had some kids get hurt a couple of years in freak accidents that impacted our season and I think it is still in the back of the coaches mind. We are still playing in league play during the week and the kids seem to more busy on the weekends this year than in the past. I know my son is playing on a traveling baseball team every weekend and several are attending camps.

Young kids get some work....and Stephenville is in a decent league...I'm guessing they'll be at full strength for state...lol
