The DC retired, and the OC left to Freer. The basketball coach was also our Running Backs coach. And next year will be Port Isabel's first year with a Girls Soccer program.

Mike Royce? Yeah, he decided to "move on" according to what I was told. Not sure if that meant retirement or what, but there was no mention of his getting another coaching job anywhere.

I'd be willing to bet he's coaching somewhere else. He doesn't stay in one place very long

I also just found out there is an opening at Port Isabel Jr. High for a football coach. He is also leaving for Freer
