State Tournament coverage on Fox Southwest website

Is anyone watching any of the state tournament games (Class A coverage) on Fox Sports Southwest website?
I keep getting a lot of rebuffering and cut outs during the first semifinal game and post game coverage.

When I'm able to listen, why do they keep mentioning Time Warner Cable Sports Channel?
We don't have that on DirecTV down here. We only have Houston local channels

Yes, I bring up the same stuff year after year in hopes that a change in attitude is made. Its the only way that things get done. You probably dont know or care but until 1979 there was no state championship for small school baseball, only for the top two classifications. In 1978, a group from LaGrange who would have advanced to state but couldnt because it wasnt offered, threatened to sue the UIL. In part because of their actions, along with some other folks around the state, a baseball state championship became a reality. Small school football coaches around the state had lobbied all their might to stop this as it was a seen as a roadblock against offseason football workouts/football participation. I know that "football is King" and it "makes all the money". Blah blah blah. If you had friends or family playing today in the baseball state tourney, im betting it would be neat for you to see them on tv. Unfortunately at this time, its not a money making endeavor for the UIL so they dont televise it. I did see that some of the state softball was on last week, so maybe progress is being made. Next year at this time, I will probably be posting the same stuff.

YT, I think most all knowledgeable baseball people know Vinklarek and Supak are better suited to play first base however bottom line is we have no one else to play third so they must play somewhat out of position to do what is best for the team , that happens in high school ball. I know for sure Logan would much rather be at first however he will do whatever is best for the team, the big thing about errors are do they cost you runs and tonight they did not . State Championship tomorrow , can it get any better. Also on the balls you said the CF miss played, I would not say he miss played them but did take a bad angle. Also both balls were hit on the screws and with the wind blowing out you do not know what affect the wind had on them carrying the ball deeper, easy to judge from the stands or from watching it on TV.

Yeah, either or, that's what I was meaning. He mis-judged them, which I take also as took a bad angle due to the mis-judging.

It's a team effort the entire season, and whether this player this game or that player another game was a hero or a goat matters not. Congratulations to both teams for making it this far....it is so easy to get knocked off like a great Argyle team did against a Melissa team that outhit them 2 of the 3 game series against our very good pitchers. That's baseball. It's a team effort to win. If a wheel falls off, the whole team suffers and the wagon train stops. That's what makes winning state at ANYTHING so great.....the path is littered with obstacles.

My thoughts exactly....if the Leps hit the ball like they did yesterday they will give themselves a good chance. IMO it boils down to how well venclerk throws today. He's gotta go at least 6 innings or so if they are going to have a chance. I just don't know if their relief pitching can step up if Venclerk gets in trouble early?..... Good Luck and represent the south central texas area well!

That would be Logan Vinklarek's mom and yes Ronnie Vinklarek is now OL coach at Rice , that is my cousin. Ronnie is a great man who has overcome many issues in his life to be where he is , a great role model.Ronnie is from Flatonia.

I once saw a tv program which told the story of Ronnie Vinklarek and his brothers growing up....it was an amazing story and it has stayed with me.

So this isn't the Vinklarek's first trip to a state tourney I remember Logan's mom having a very good team that ended up in Austin.
