The person putting the pools together is usually the tournament director.

Predictions will be out Friday

They ought to have all 4 teams that have already qualified play each other after pool play. ;) That would make for some good debating.

* Indicates already qualified can not advance past pool play

Pool A
Brownwood*

Pool B
Springtown*

Pool C
Stephenville*

Pool D
Gatesville*

You Stephenville boys need to fix your stars and if it is a SQT and you are not going to send your "varsity" why not pull out and let another "varsity" have a go?

I'm just a fan. I have nothing to do with it. Maybe it will be part of the varsity. I could be misinformed. I heard it at the Early Whataburger.

I actually agree with this...IMO if a team is qualified and a SQT has a waiting list, the teams who haven't qualified should be allowed in..if there's no waiting list I dont see a problem with it

I would imagine Stephenville is not the only school who sends there non-varsity team to SQT's once the varsity team has qualified. If only the UIL would step in and take control of the 7on7, maybe we wouldnt have these issues. :p

No they certainly aren't....I know for me personally if I was running a SQT what I would do is take the four qualified teams and send them to their own pool and bring four extra teams in to play....that way the qualified teams get work in and the spots are opened up for schools who want to qualify and play...I expect Arlington Bowie to do this for their Div. I tournamnent on June 22

FYI, Most of our incoming Sr's are taking the ACT (or SAT) test this Saturday. That is why I was told it would be mostly our JV.
