Abilene Wylie sweeps all 5 draws....Boys singles, girls singles, mixed doubles, boys doubles and girls doubles all bringing home the gold!!!

Yes, it improves hand to eye coordination, footwork, and endurance. It's also good for the golf game....esp. when you want to hit a nice draw off the tee. Just think of a forehand smash....you'll finish with a nice draw. It will help you to place the shot more accurately, also.

I was expecting the hand-eye coordination comment, same goes for table tennis! I see some carryover to golf, but probably not as good as actual golf.

some of the best baseball players i played with were incredible ping pong players also.

A friend of mine that was a great pitcher was also really good at darts.
He wasn't that good at counting by 15's.
