Argyle had a great 110 hurdler that got second at the Texas Relays. How did he not make it out of district? Thought he had a chance to win state.

Argyle had a great 110 hurdler that got second at the Texas Relays. How did he not make it out of district? Thought he had a chance to win state.


Reese Thompson came down with mono before the district meet and was unable to compete in the 110's, pole vault, or any of the relays.

Yes. Reese is on the board as one of the top pole vaulters in the state, and certainly one of Argyle's fastest without a doubt. It's a shame, but I think he's only a soph. or junior. He'll definitely be in the mix for some offers in either football(dback) or track when the time comes.
