Five area players, including state-championship quarterbacks Tyler Jones of Stephenville and Hagen Hutchinson of Stamford, were named to the North roster for the 79th annual football game, scheduled for July 30 at TCU’s Amon Carter Stadium. Stephenville’s Joseph Gillespie will coach the North team. Other area players on the team are Cooper defensive back Fred Lawrence, Merkel wide receiver Baylor Mullins and Munday linebacker Tyrone Dockins.
